Deposit & Cancellation Policies: Reservations are accepted for a minimum of 7 nights. All reservations must be guaranteed with a $50.00 deposit per week of stay. This deposit is due within 30 days of the confirmation date shown above, and is non refundable. Reservations without a deposit are not valid and will be cancelled.
Deposits are accepted by cheque or Money Order and are payable to Carson's Camp. NO credit cards are accepted.

Please reference your confirmation number on your deposit cheque.
Cancellations made prior to 7 days before arrival date, qualify for a deposit credit applied to account. This may be used on a future stay in the year the deposit was made or the next calendar year.
Any guests who are expected as reserved above, that do not show before 10 p.m. on the arrival date, will forfeit their deposit.

Check - in: Camping guests check in at the campground office located outside of the campground access gates on the west side of Southampton Parkway. Check-in time begins after 2 p.m. Full payment for the remainder of the reservation is due upon check-in. Check-in payments are accepted in cash or debit form only. NO credit cards are accepted. There is a mandatory $20 cash deposit for an access card. This $20 cash is refunded when you return the access card at check out. Check out time is before 12 noon. There is no provision for late check out times.

Rules of Conduct: For the enjoyment of all customers please note: Carsons is a quiet, families only campground with strict quiet hours beginning at 11 p.m. and campfires must be extinguished by midnight, without exception. Skateboarding is not allowed at any time on the campground property.

Facilities: While in the campground we hope you will take advantage of our camping facilities which include: an indoor pool, an adults-only whirlpool, sauna and fitness centre, a family recreation hall with scheduled activities and children's’ programming, 3 playgrounds, an outdoor children's’ splash park, a beach volleyball court, golf practice nets, family shuffle board, several small basketball courts along with many of nature’s own outdoor activities.
