Information

  • Price includes 2 adults' accommodation for seven nights
  • Stays of multiples of 7 nights only
  • Additional child occupants cost $50 each per week
  • Additional adults cost $100 each per week
  • Friday to Friday Rentals - Check in after 7 p.m. and Check out before 3 p.m
  • Saturday to Saturday Rentals - Check in after 4 p.m. and Check out before 11 a.m
  • The number of beds available determines the maximum number of occupants and is to be strictly observed
  • No sleeping tents are allowed on the sites
  • No pets and no smoking are allowed in the trailers
  • Deposit (by cheque) is required subsequent to reservation
  • Site locations are subject to change until arrival date
  • Rates are subject to change without notice
  • Full payment is due upon check-in by cash or debit (no credit cards accepted)

Deposit & Cancellation Policies: Reservations are accepted for multiples of 7 nights. All reservations must be guaranteed with a $400.00 deposit per week of stay. This deposit is due within 30 days of the confirmation date shown above and is non refundable. Reservations without a deposit are not valid and will be canceled.
Deposits are accepted by cheque or Money Order and are payable to the specific trailer owner listed in Rates and Taxes below.
Credit cards are NOT accepted.

Please reference your confirmation number on your deposit cheque.
Cancellations made prior to 30 days before arrival date, that are rebooked to another customer, qualify for up to 75% of the deposit credited to your account. This may be used on a future stay in the year the deposit was made or the next calendar year.
Reservations are expected by 10:00 pm on the check-in day. After this time reservations are forfeit.

Check - in: Trailer guests check in at the Carson's Camp office located on the west side of Southampton Parkway. Check-in times vary based on trailer:
Trailers 154, 1013, 1014, 971, 733E, 968 Check - in Friday after 7pm Check - out Friday by 3 pm
Trailers 202, 203, 1012, 620, 624, Lodge Check - in Saturday after 4pm Check - out Saturday by 11 am
Full payment for the remainder of the reservation is due upon check-in. Check-in payments are accepted in cash or debit form only. NO credit cards are accepted. There is a mandatory $20 cash deposit for Trailer keys as well as a mandatory $20 cash deposit for an access card. This $40 cash is refunded when you return the keys and access card at check out.
Your reservation is accepted in good faith, but all guarantees are subject to guests vacating their cottages on time, in good condition and other circumstances that may be beyond our control.

Rules of Conduct: For the enjoyment of all customers please note: Carson's trailers are for quiet families only. Please adhere to strict quiet hours beginning at 11 p.m. without exception. Skateboarding is not allowed at any time on the campground property.

Facilities:
Maximum number of occupants is determined by the number of beds available and is to be strictly observed. Tents as additional sleeping facilities are not welcome. Pets and smoking are Not allowed in our rental unit.

Camping Cabins - New in 2005


Sleeps maximum of four.

Double bed at back 2 single bunks at front Fan light and electircal outlet, outside water and awning. A great alternative to Tenting. Solid roof with a comfy mattress. Booking 3 night minimum. New for 2011 hotel size fridge.


All cabins are mobile. Camp parks it on available site of your choice.
